Assurance Policy
I. ASSURANCE POLICY: ASSET INTEGRITY & AUTHENTICATION PROTOCOL
1.1 Scope of Assurance
This Assurance Policy (the "Protocol") governs the verification, storage, and transit of all high-value liquid assets (the "Assets") listed within The Vault. Participation in any acquisition through this terminal constitutes an acknowledgment of these rigorous standards.
1.2 Authentication & Provenance
-
Multi-Point Inspection: Every Asset entered into our inventory is subjected to a proprietary multi-point inspection performed by authorized specialists.
-
Verification of Integrity: Inspections include, but are not limited to, the verification of tax stamps, fill levels, cork integrity, and laser-etched bottle identifiers to ensure 100% authenticity.
-
Chain of Custody: We maintain a comprehensive and immutable record of provenance for all Assets to ensure they have been sourced through authorized channels only.
1.3 Climate-Controlled Custody
-
Storage Environment: Prior to acquisition, all Assets are maintained in a secure, light-restricted, and climate-controlled environment specifically engineered to preserve chemical stability and label condition.
-
Environmental Monitoring: Internal sensors monitor temperature and humidity 24/7 to prevent any atmospheric degradation of the Assets.
1.4 Secure Transit & Delivery Assurance
-
Discrete Logistics: Acquisitions are dispatched via specialized couriers in unbranded, impact-resistant, and climate-shielded packaging to prevent interception or damage.
-
Damage Protocol: In the event of transit-related failure, a "Critical Incident Report" must be filed within 24 hours of delivery receipt.
-
Verified Resolution: Upon verification of a transit-related claim, The Vault will facilitate a full asset replacement or an equivalent credit to the member’s account, subject to availability.
1.5 Limitations of Liability
The Vault provides an assurance of authenticity and physical condition at the point of delivery; however, we do not provide guarantees regarding future market valuation or subjective taste profiles.
